Gooey Galette Dates Indian Delight
A sweet and unique Indian-inspired dessert featuring gooey galette filling with dates
Ingredients
- β1 sheet Gooey Galettestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Datespitted
- β1 tsp French Vanillaoptional
- β2 tbsp Gheeclarified butter
- β1/2 tsp Cardamom Powderground
- β1/4 cup Pistachioschopped
- β2 tbsp Honeyoptional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the galette sheet and cut into 1-inch squares.

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add dates and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally.

Add cardamom powder and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in honey (if using) and cook for another minute.

Arrange galette squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
