Grilled Fish Skewers
A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring marinated fish on skewers, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g Fish (Portuguese Cod)Cut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp Golden Olive OilFor marinating
- β2 tbsp Lemon JuiceFor marinating
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β10-12 Portuguese SkewersFor grilling

1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the fish pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the fish from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

6. Thread the fish onto the skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece.
