Mediterranean Broad Bean Curry

- β1 cup, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces broad beans
- β1 tablespoon, oil golden
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated ginger
- β1 teaspoon cumin powder
- β1 teaspoon coriander powder
- β1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- βto taste salt
- β4-6 pieces, for serving flatbread

Heat golden in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is translucent.
