Lamb Skewers with Greek Yogurt Sauce
A classic Indian-inspired dish featuring tender lamb skewers served with a cool and creamy Greek yogurt sauce.

- β250g Golden Greek yogurtfor serving
- β2 tablespoons Ghee or vegetable oilfor brushing skewers
- β1 teaspoon Garam masalaground
- β1 teaspoon Cumin powderground
- β1/2 teaspoon Chili powderground
- β1/2 teaspoon Saltto taste
- βchopped Fresh cilantrofor garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together garam masala, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt.

Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the spice mixture.
