Brazilian Sausage Skewers with Grilled Onions
A flavorful and colorful Mexican-inspired dish featuring Brazilian sausage, grilled onions, and golden peppers.
Ingredients

- β2 large Golden peppersany color bell pepper works
- β1 large Onionssweet onions like Vidalia or Maui
- β1 dozen Skewerswooden or metal, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- β2 tablespoons Lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon Garlic powderor to taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Cuminground
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Chili powderoptional
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing skewers

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
