Lamb and Tzatziki Wrap
A Greek-inspired wrap filled with grilled lamb and a refreshing tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- β250g Lambground lamb
- β250g Golden Greek Yogurtplain, full-fat yogurt
- β4 Greek Wraplarge, pita-style wraps
- β1 Cucumberdiced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Dillfresh, chopped

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Mix lamb with salt and pepper. Grill lamb for 5-6 minutes, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

3. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and dill.

4. Warm the wraps by wrapping them in foil and heating them in the oven at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 5 minutes.

5. Assemble the wraps by spooning the lamb onto the bottom half of each wrap, followed by a dollop of tzatziki sauce.

6. Top with the top half of the wrap and serve immediately.
