Japanese Chicken Yakitori
Grilled Japanese-style chicken skewers, marinated in a sweet soy sauce and sake mixture. Perfect for a quick and delicious snack or dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/4 cup portugueseor other sweet soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons sakeor dry white wine
- β2 tablespoons goldenor other honey
- β1/4 cup crispor other rice vinegar
- β10-12 skewersbamboo or metal

In a large bowl, whisk together portuguese, sake, golden, and crisp.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
