Malaysian Pork Skewers
A flavorful and tender pork skewer dish inspired by Malaysian cuisine, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g pork tenderloincut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp soy saucefor marinating
- β1 tbsp brown sugarfor marinade and glaze
- β2 tbsp gheefor grilling
- β1 tbsp golden malaysian chili saucefor glaze
- β10-12 wooden skewersfor grilling
- β1 tbsp coconut oilfor brushing

Preheat grill to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Add pork pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread marinated pork onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush grill with coconut oil to prevent sticking.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and slightly charred.

In a small bowl, whisk together golden malaysian chili sauce and 1 tbsp of ghee. Brush the glaze onto the grilled pork skewers.

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped cilantro or scallions if desired.
