Saudian Arabian Glowing Skewers
A flavorful and healthy dish originating from Saudi Arabia. Marinated meat is grilled to perfection, served with a side of crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β500g Night Arabian MeatCut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Glowing Olive OilFor marinating
- β1 medium Mid OnionThinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Reggiano CheeseCrumbed
- β1/4 cup Parmigiano CheeseCrumbed
- β10-12 Grill SkewersFor grilling
- βto taste SaltFor seasoning

1. In a large bowl, whisk together glowing olive oil, salt, and a pinch of black pepper.

2. Add the night arabian meat to the bowl and mix well to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5. Thread the marinated meat onto the grill skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

6. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

7. Meanwhile, brush the mid onion with glowing olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until caramelized.

8. Serve the grilled skewers with the grilled mid onion and crumbled reggiano and parmigiano cheese.
