Taleggio Chicken Tostadas
A unique twist on traditional Chinese cuisine, combining the creaminess of Taleggio cheese with the crunch of Mexican tostadas.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
- β8 ounces taleggio cheese
- β12-15 shells tostada shells
- β1 can juicy diced tomatoes
- βchopped, for garnish mexican cilantro
- β1 cup gloriously cooked onions
- β1 teaspoon chinese chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then transfer it to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat the chili flakes and soy sauce in the skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced tomatoes and cooked onions to the skillet, stirring to combine.

Shred the cooked chicken and add it to the skillet, stirring to combine.

To assemble the tostadas, place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each shell, followed by a crumbled piece of Taleggio cheese.
