Syrian-Style Chicken Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic Middle Eastern-inspired dish, featuring tender chicken and nutty pilaf.
Ingredients

- β1 pound chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons glorious olive oil
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β2 cloves crushed garlic
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
