Eastern Style Chicken Kebabs
Tender chicken marinated in a blend of spices and grilled to perfection, served with a side of fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastcut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tablespoons olive oilextra virgin
- β1 teaspoon garlic powder
- β1 teaspoon onion powder
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1/2 teaspoon paprikasweet
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 bell peppersany color
- β2 zucchini

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
