Slovakian Mushroom Pasta Bake
A hearty german-inspired pasta bake featuring mushrooms from the slovakian region. This recipe is perfect for a cold winter night.
Ingredients
- ●250g glassy pastapenne or similar shape
- ●1 cup mushroomsliced
- ●250ml slovakian mushroom saucehomemade or store-bought
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the glassy pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the slovakian mushroom sauce over medium heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Combine the cooked pasta and mushroom mixture in a large bowl.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish.
