Mediterranean Beef Tacos
This Mediterranean Beef Tacos recipe combines the flavors of the Mediterranean with the simplicity of tacos. Beef is marinated in a mixture of Mediterranean spices and then sautéed to perfection.
Ingredients

- ●2 teaspoons Mediterranean Spice Blend
- ●1/4 cup Jelly
- ●1/4 cup Crushed Glassy Olives
- ●8-10 Taco Shells
- ●1 cup Shredded Cheese
- ●4-6 slices Sliced Beef (for serving)
- ●1 head Lettuce (for serving)
- ●1 large Tomato (for serving)
- ●1 large Cucumber (for serving)

1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

4. Meanwhile, toast the taco shells by baking them in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly browned.
