Korean Quiche with Glassy Egg
A twist on traditional quiche, this Indian-inspired dish combines the flavors of Korea with a rich, glassy egg.
Ingredients
- β2 Glassy EggBeaten to a frothy consistency
- β1 tsp Korean Chili Flakes
- β1 Quiche CrustHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp JellyUse a spicy Korean chili jelly for added flavor
- β1 tsp Garam Masala
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1/2 cup Cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the quiche crust and place in a pie dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the glassy egg, Korean chili flakes, garam masala, salt, and black pepper.

Add the jelly to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture into the quiche crust.

If using cheese, sprinkle on top of the egg mixture.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
