Thai Gingered Tofu Curry

Ingredients
- β200g Gingered tofu
- β2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- β1 can (400ml) Coconut milk
- β1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1/4 cup Thai basilchopped
- β1 tsp Fish sauce
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
