Scottish Raspberry Mess

- β250g Raspberry
- β120g Eton Mess Biscuits
- β300ml Whipped cream
- β2 tbsp Granulated sugar

1. In a large bowl, whip the whipped cream until soft peaks form.

2. Add the granulated sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.

3. Crush the Eton Mess biscuits into fine crumbs.

4. Fold the crushed biscuits into the whipped cream mixture.

5. Stir in the raspberries.
