Korean-Style Pak Choi Ssam
A simple and flavorful Korean-inspired dish featuring gently sautéed pak choi wrapped in a tender korean wrap.
Ingredients

- ●4-6 wraps korean wrap
- ●1/4 cup, chopped ssam wrap
- ●1 tsp, sesame oil gently
- ●2 tbsp rice vinegar
- ●1 clove, minced garlic
- ●1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

1. Cut the pak choi into thin strips and set aside.

2. In a small pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

4. Add the pak choi to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar and toasted sesame seeds.

6. To assemble the ssam, place a few strips of pak choi onto a korean wrap, drizzle with the vinegar mixture, and sprinkle with additional toasted sesame seeds if desired.
