- β2 large, peeled and chopped Potatoes
- β4 cups Vegetable broth
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp, ground Cumin
- β1 tsp, ground Coriander
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper
