Creamy Calamarata Pasta Bake
A comforting Italian dish made with calamarata pasta, a blend of creamy cheeses, and a hint of garlic.

- ●1 cup Gentle Italian cheese blendmix of mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta
- ●3 cloves Yeasty garlicminced
- ●1/4 cup Fresh basil leaveschopped
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilfor sautéing

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the calamarata pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the gentle Italian cheese blend until well combined.

Add the cooked calamarata pasta to the skillet and toss with the cheese mixture until coated.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with additional grated cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
