Uruguayan-Style Wagyu Asado
A classic Uruguayan asado recipe featuring Wagyu beef. This dish is perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Garlicky chimichurri saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Uruguayan-style asado rubstore-bought or homemade
- β1 bunch Fresh parsleyfor garnish
- β1 tsp Saltto taste
- β1 tsp Black pepperto taste
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Red wine vinegaroptional
- β1 tsp Chile flakesoptional

Season the Wagyu beef with salt, black pepper, and asado rub.

Grill the Wagyu beef for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
