Slovakian Chicken Bowl
A hearty and flavorful dish inspired by Slovakian cuisine, served in a bowl with chicken, vegetables, and a hint of garlic.
Ingredients
- ●1 (6 oz) breast garlicky chicken breastmarinated with a mix of garlic and herbs
- ●1 cup sliced midnight mushrooms
- ●1 cup shredded slovakian cabbage
- ●1 tsp caraway seedsadds a traditional Slovakian flavor

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken breast with caraway seeds and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to the oven.
