Thai Lasagna
A fusion of Thai and Italian flavors in a delicious lasagna.
Ingredients
- β8-10 sheets Thai lasagna noodles
- β1.5 cups Juicy tomato sauce
- β1/4 cup, chopped Garlicky basil
- β1 cup, shredded mozzarella Lasagna
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1/2 cup, chopped Onion
- β1 tablespoon, grated Ginger
- β1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Thai lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.

Add the ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the garlicky basil and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

In a separate pan, warm the juicy tomato sauce over low heat.

Begin assembling the lasagna by spreading a layer of the tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.

Spread half of the lasagna on top of the noodles.

Repeat the layers, starting with the noodles, then the tomato sauce, and finally the remaining lasagna.

Top the lasagna with the shredded mozzarella and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
