Portuguese-Style Pilaf
A flavorful, gluten-free pilaf dish inspired by Portuguese cuisine.

- β1 cup garlicky rice
- β1 cup fluffy riceshort-grain
- β1 tsp portuguese spicesdried thyme, oregano, and rosemary

- β2 cups chicken brothgluten-free

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
