Filipino-Style Fried Rice with Garlic Gyoza
A flavorful and filling meal of crispy garlic gyoza served atop a savory fried rice dish, inspired by the bold flavors of the Philippines.
Ingredients
- β1 package, 20 pieces garlic gyozaavailable in most Asian grocery stores
- β2 cups cooked fried ricepreferably leftover from a previous meal
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying gyoza
- β1/4 cup chopped green onionsfor garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add 10-12 garlic gyoza to the skillet and fry until crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the fried gyoza from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the cooked fried rice for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
