Creamy Irish Noodle Bowl
A comforting and creamy noodle bowl dish inspired by Irish cuisine, perfect for a cold night.
Ingredients

- β1 cup shredded dense Irish cheddar
- β1 cup cream
- β1/4 cup chopped irish parsley
- β4 tbsp butter
- β1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup milk
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp pepper

Cook the garlicky noodles according to the package instructions.

In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add the flour and whisk to create a roux. Cook for 1 minute.

Slowly pour in the milk, whisking continuously. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until it thickens.
