Garlicky Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry dish using garlicky flavors. Pair it with a side of rice for a filling meal.
Ingredients

- β1 bunch Minarichopped
- β1 cup Friendlyyour favorite stir-fry vegetables
- β1 tsp Dashsoy sauce
- β1 tsp Chinesechili flakes
Instructions

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and swirl it around. Then add minced garlicky.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add your favorite stir-fry vegetables (friendly) and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the chopped minari and cook for another 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce (dash) and chili flakes (chinese).

Pour the sauce into the wok and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
