Pan-Seared Canadian Fish Fry

- β4 fillets Canadian Fish Fillets (4)
- β2 tablespoons Garlicky Butter (2 tbsp)see notes
- β1 cup Crunchy Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
- β2 tablespoons Stir Fry Oil (2 tbsp)
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Make the garlicky butter by mixing minced garlic with softened butter.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the stir fry oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the fish fillets to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
