Crispy Vietnamese Lamb Stir Fry
A flavorful and gluten-free stir fry recipe featuring lamb and crispy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β Crispy Vegetable Garnishsee notes
- β2 tablespoons Stir Fry Sauceor to taste
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1/2 cup Green Onionschopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the lamb from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the green onions and cook until they start to soften, about 2 minutes.

Add the stir fry sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Return the lamb to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.

Garnish with crispy vegetable garnish, chopped cilantro, and serve immediately.

To make the crispy vegetable garnish, heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the desired vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, or zucchini) and cook until crispy. Season with salt to taste.
