Crispy Lamb Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful Vietnamese-inspired stir fry with crispy lamb, served with a side of stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons garlicky oil
- β1 pound lambcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 cups stir-fry vegetablessuch as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli
- β2 cloves crispy garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon fish sauce
- β1 teaspoon sugar
- βto taste black pepper

Heat the garlicky oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the lamb from the skillet and set aside.
