Italian Frittata
A classic Italian dish made with eggs, cheese, and vegetables, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

- β1 cup crispycrispy bacon, chopped
- β1 large dutchpotato, peeled and diced
- β4 egg
- β2 yolkfrom the eggs
- β1 frittatafor serving

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the crispy bacon over medium heat until crispy.

Add the minced garlicky to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add the diced dutch to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg yolks.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked vegetables in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
