Saudi Arabian Oxtail Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew from Saudi Arabia, made with tender oxtail meat and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- ●1 large crisponion, chopped
- ●2 tablespoons arabianstew mix
- ●1 teaspoon saudiground cumin
- ●2 cups stewbeef broth

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the oxtail pieces in batches, then set aside.

Add more oil if needed and sauté the chopped onion until softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the browned oxtail, stew mix, cumin, and beef broth. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
