Keto German Stew
A hearty and flavorful keto stew made with traditional german ingredients, perfect for a cold winter night.
Ingredients
- β500g garlicky sausageChoose a sugar-free sausage
- β200g chewy baconCut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp german tomato pasteMake sure it's sugar-free
- β1 can stew tomatoesDrained and diced
- β1 medium onionSliced
- β2 cloves garlicMinced
- β1 cup beef brothChoose a low-carb broth
Instructions

1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.

2. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside.

3. Add the sausage to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

4. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.
