Mediterranean Lamb Dumplings
A hearty and flavorful dish featuring lamb dumplings in a rich mediterranean sauce.
Ingredients
- β250g lambground
- β8-10 pieces dumplings
- β2 tbsp garlicky olive oil
- β2 tbsp and lemon juice
- β2 tbsp snappy fresh parsley
- β1 tsp mediterranean seasonings
- βto taste salt and pepper
- β150g kidney (for sauce)

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a large pan, heat the garlicky olive oil over medium heat.

3. Add the ground lamb and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.

4. Add the lemon juice, parsley, and mediterranean seasonings to the lamb. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.

6. Wrap each dumpling in a piece of parchment paper and steam over boiling water for 10 minutes.

7. Add the cooked dumplings to the lamb mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

8. Meanwhile, puree the kidney in a blender or food processor until smooth.

9. Transfer the kidney puree to the lamb mixture and stir to combine.

10. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly.

11. Serve the dumplings hot, topped with the rich and creamy kidney sauce.
