Crunchy Garlic Beef Stir Fry
A simple and delicious Chinese-inspired stir fry recipe made with beef, garlic, and crunchy elements.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 cup Crunche.g. fried shallots
- β2 tbsp Tadka oil
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of tadka oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tbsp of tadka oil.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir-fry for another minute.

Return the beef to the wok and stir-fry everything together.

Add the crunch and stir-fry for another minute.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
