Eastern-Style Bresaola Wrap
A flavorful and refreshing wrap inspired by the Middle East, featuring bresaola, funky hummus, and spicy muhammara.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Bresaolasliced thinly
- β2 tbsp Muhammaraspicy pepper paste
- β2 tbsp Funky Hummusclassic with a kick
- β1 wrap Eastern Flatbreadsoft and chewy
- β1/2 Cucumberthinly sliced
- β1/2 Tomatothinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped

1. Lay the flatbread on a clean surface.

2. Spread 1 tbsp of funky hummus on the flatbread, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

3. Arrange 2 oz of sliced bresaola on top of the hummus.

4. Spread 1 tbsp of muhammara on top of the bresaola.

5. Add sliced cucumber and tomato on top of the muhammara.

6. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.

7. Fold the bottom edge of the flatbread up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap into a neat cylinder.
