Australian Fish Wrap
A delicious and healthy wrap filled with freshly caught fish, topped with crispy lettuce and creamy avocado.
Ingredients
- β2 Australian Fish FilletsFreshly caught and cooked to perfection
- β1/2 Roasted Red OnionThinly sliced and caramelized
- β1 cup LettuceFresh and crisp
- β1 AvocadoMashed to perfection
- β1 tablespoon Fresh ChivesFinely chopped
- β1 Australian WrapLarge and fresh
- β1 tablespoon Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon Olive OilExtra virgin
- βto taste Salt and PepperFreshly ground

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast the wrap in the pan for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the mashed avocado on the base, followed by the cooked fish, roasted red onion, lettuce, and chopped chives.
