Croatian Tangerine Marmalade
A homemade marmalade made with freshly juiced tangerine and a hint of Croatian flair.
Ingredients
- β4 cups Fresh TangerinesJuiced
- β2 cups Granulated Sugar
- β1 cup Water
- β1/4 cup Croatian Pomegranate Syrup (optional)
- β1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice

Wash and peel the tangerines, then juice them using a manual or electric juicer.

Combine the tangerine juice, sugar, and water in a large saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the marmalade has thickened.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the Croatian pomegranate syrup (if using).

Let the marmalade cool slightly before transferring it to a clean glass jar.

Seal the jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
