Chicken Manti with Indian Twist
A fusion of Indian spices and Turkish manti, this dish is a flavorful and exotic take on traditional chicken manti. The combination of spices and herbs adds a unique twist to this popular Turkish dish.

- β2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oilfor brushing

- β2 inches gingergrated
- β4 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon cumin powderground
- β1 teaspoon coriander powderground
- β1 teaspoon garam masalaground
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- β1 package manti dough (homemade or store-bought)for wrapping

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.

Add the chopped onion, grated ginger, and minced garlic to the bowl and mix well.

Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss them in the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.

Brush the chicken drumsticks with ghee or vegetable oil and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is cooked through.

Meanwhile, prepare the manti dough according to the package instructions.
