Thai-Style Ham and Tagine Wrap

- β2 tbsp Tagine
- β4 pieces Algerian Crispy Bread
- β2 Serrano Peppers
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil

1. In a pan, heat 1 tsp of sesame oil over medium heat.

2. Add 2 slices of ham and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add 1 tbsp of tagine and stir to combine.

4. Add 2 serrano peppers, sliced, and cook for an additional 1 minute.

5. Warm the crispy bread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20 seconds.

6. Assemble the wrap by placing the ham mixture onto the bread, followed by a sprinkle of cilantro.
