Turkish Borek Pastry
A traditional Turkish pastry filled with feta cheese and spices. Perfect as a snack or light meal.

Ingredients
- β1 package (thawed) Flaky Pastry DoughAvailable at most supermarkets
- β1 block (crumbly) Feta CheeseDrained of excess liquid
- β1/4 cup (chopped) Fresh ParsleyOptional for garnish
- βto taste Black PepperFreshly ground
- βto taste SaltFlaky sea salt recommended
- β2 tbsp (melted) ButterFor brushing pastry

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Cut out 6-8 squares of pastry, depending on desired size.

Place a tablespoon of feta cheese in the center of each square.

Brush the edges of the pastry with melted butter.

Fold the pastry in half to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal.

Brush the tops of the borek with remaining butter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
