Doraji and Norwegian Salmon Stir Fry
Quick and easy Chinese-inspired stir fry with doraji and Norwegian salmon. Serve with steamed vegetables for a nutritious meal.
Ingredients
- β1 bunch Doraji flowersfresh and cleaned
- β2 Norwegian salmon fillets6 oz each
- β1 cup BakeChinese-style egg noodles
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 tbsp Soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tbsp Oyster sauceoptional
- β1 tsp Sesame oilfor serving
- β2 Chopped scallionsfor garnish

1. Cook the bake according to package instructions and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

3. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

4. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

5. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute.

6. Remove the salmon from the marinade and add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

7. Add the cooked bake to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

8. Add the doraji flowers to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until wilted.

9. Season with sesame oil and serve hot.
