Grilled Australian Turkey Neck

- β2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (175Β°C).

Rinse the turkey neck and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the turkey neck in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the turkey neck, turning to coat evenly.
