Spiced Bulgur Pilaf

- β1/4 cup, chopped fresh cilantrofor garnish
- β1 medium, finely chopped onionfor added flavor
- β2 inches, grated fresh gingerfor spice and flavor
- β1 tsp curry powderadjust to taste
- β1/2 tsp saltadjust to taste
- β2 cups water
