Pan-Seared Cauliflower Paella
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, using fresh Australian cauliflower. This recipe is a hearty and flavorful vegetarian option.

- β1 cup Rice
- β2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- β2 Garden Peppers
- β4 Garlic Cloves
- β1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
