Thai Tom Yum Soup
A spicy and sour Thai soup made with tom yum paste, fragrant lemongrass, and your choice of protein.

- β2 tbsp Tom Yum Paste
- β2 stalks Lemongrass
- β1 lb Chicken Breastboneless and skinless
- β2 cups Vegetable Broth
- β1 cup Coconut Milk
- β1 tsp Fish Sauce
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1/4 cup Thai Basilchopped

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the lemongrass and cook for 1 minute.
