Turkish-Style Manti
Delicate Turkish dumplings filled with a sweet and savory mixture of ground meat and spices, served with a side of gooey cheese and fragrant herbs.
Ingredients

- β1 medium OnionFinely chopped
- β1 tablespoon ParsleyFinely chopped
- β1 teaspoon Manti spice mix
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1 cup Gooey cheeseShredded
- β1/4 cup Fragrant herbsChopped fresh parsley and dill

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, manti spice mix, and salt. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3. Divide the mixture into small balls, about the size of a small egg.

4. Roll each ball into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.

6. Place a tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center of each dough circle.

7. Fold the dough over the filling, forming a half-moon shape, and press the edges together to seal.

8. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the manti for 10-12 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
