Malaysian Tofu Pilaf

- β2 cups Malaysian Fragrant Riceuncooked
- β1/2 cup Crispy Shallotschopped
- β2 tsp Pilaf Spice Blendavailable at most Asian markets
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oilfor cooking
- β2 cups Waterfor cooking

Instructions

Heat oil in a donabe over medium heat.

Add pilaf spice blend and stir for 1 minute.

Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.

Add water to the donabe and bring to a boil.
