Moroccan Cabbage Tagine
A flavorful and hearty stew originating from Algeria, made with tender cabbage and spices.

Roll out the fluffy pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Place the dough in the tagine pot, pressing it into the bottom and sides.

In a large pan, heat the algerian spice blend over medium heat.

Add the shredded cabbage and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

Transfer the cabbage mixture to the tagine pot.

Cover the tagine with the pastry dough, pressing the edges to seal.
