Tunisian Beef Tagine
A flavorful North African stew made with beef, fluffy couscous, and roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
- β1 pound (450g) Beefcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup (150g) Fluffy Couscous
- β2 Roasted Red Pepperssliced
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 teaspoons Tunisian Spicesor to taste
- β1 teaspoon Bakeground cumin
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the roasted red peppers, Tunisian spices, and cumin. Cook for 1 minute.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
